摘 要:【目的/意义】科技创新活动中的多学科交叉融合已经成为时代发展的趋势,对知识创造活动中知识共享空间的学科多样性研究,有助于提高共享空间的学科丰富度,促进知识创造提升绩效。【方法/过程】通过调研的方法获得被访者知识创造活动的原始数据资料,构建以被访者为中心节点的个体中心网络,将学科属性映射到网络中,分析知识共享空间的学科分布特征,并提出提升知识创造绩效的策略建议。【结果/结论】研究结果表明,青年科技人才的知识创造活动存在一定的隔离性,共享空间的跨学科需求高于跨学科资源,互喻模式对共享空间的学科多样性具有促进作用。【创新/局限】针对硕士研究生层面的知识创造过程中知识共享空间的学科多样性研究尚属首例,可能存在的其他潜在因素并未穷尽考察。【Purpose/significance】The multidisciplinary in scientific and technological innovation activities has become the trend of the times.Researching on the multidisciplinary of the shared space in the knowledge creation activities can help to promote the disciplinary richness of the shared space and promote knowledge creation to improve performance.【Method/process】Obtain the raw data of the knowledge creation activities of the respondents through the survey method,constructs the ego-centric networks with the respondents as the central node,maps the disciplinary attributes to the network,analyzes the disciplines distribution characteristics of the shared space,and proposes to improve strategies for knowledge creation performance.【Result/conclusion】The results show that there is certain isolation in the knowledge creation activities of young scientists,interdisciplinary demand of shared space is higher than that of interdisciplinary resources,and the co-figurative can promote the multidisciplinary in shared spaces.【Innovation/limitation】The research is the first case on the multidisciplinary of knowledge shared space in the process of knowledge creation at the master’s level,other potential factors that may exist have not been exhaustively examined.
