摘　　要：【目的/意义】互联网时代的到来使得高校教育信息化服务模式发生了深刻的变革,“MOOC+SPOC”信息资源管理模式正是在此环境下应势而生,它利用丰富的网络信息资源管理平台和共享优质课程资源,可以有效提高高校教育信息化的水平和极大的提升教学效果。【方法/过程】在对MOOC、SPOC相关概念阐述的基础上,论述了何谓“MOOC+SPOC”,分析了互联网++SPOC模式信息资源组织的优势,构建了“MOOC+SPOC”信息资源管理模式模型,在此基础上探讨了“MOOC+SPOC”信息资源管理模式实践分析。【结果/结论】“MOOC+SPOC”信息资源管理模式的建立改变了传统单一管理模式,使用方可以通过整理、分析相关数据,实现MOOC资源多样化管理。【创新/局限】解决了传统教学信息资源管理平台的一系列矛盾与问题,从而提高课程的内涵以及教学质量。【Purpose/significance】The advent of the Internet era has caused profound changes in the information service model of college education.The"MOOC+SPOC"information resource management model emerged in this environment.It utilizes a rich network information resource management platform and shares high-quality courses.Resources can effectively improve the level of education informatization in colleges and universities and greatly enhance the teaching effect.【Method/process】On the basis of elaborating the related concepts of MOOC and SPOC,it discusses what is"MOOC+SPOC",analyzes the advantages of Internet+SPOC model information resource organization,and constructs the"MOOC+SPOC"information resource management model.The above discussed the practical analysis of the"MOOC+SPOC"information resource management model.【Result/conclusion】The establishment of the"MOOC+SPOC"information resource management model has changed the traditional single management model.Users can organize and analyze relevant data to achieve diversified management of MOOC resources.【Innovation/limitation】The"MOOC+SPOC"information resource management model solved a series of contradictions and problems of the traditional teaching information resource management platform,thus can improve the connotation of the course and the teaching quality.
