大学英语教材中国文化缺失研究

摘　　要：高校英语教学一直注重西方文化的输入,来帮助大学生提高跨文化交际能力。但中国文化在大学英语课堂中的缺失,使大学生不能准确地用英语表达中国文化,导致跨文化交际的失败。许多研究表明,中国文化的在大学英语教材中的缺失是主要原因之一,教材对提升大学生的跨文化交际能力发挥着重要作用。本研究依据教材评估理论,对大学艺术与体育专业的英语教材里中国文化内容的缺失进行探析,以期对未来的大学英语教学提供新的思路。College English teaching has always focused on the input of Western culture to help improve college students’ cross-cultural communication competence.However,the lack of Chinese culture in college English classrooms prevents college students from accurately expressing Chinese culture in English,leading to failures in cross-cultural communication.Many studies have shown that the lack of Chinese culture in college English textbooks is one of the main reasons.The textbooks play a significant role in improving college students’ intercultural communicative competence.Based on the teaching material evaluation theory,this study explores the lack of Chinese cultural content in the English textbooks for college arts and physical education,to provide innovative ideas for future college English teaching.
