摘  要:评价基于微信公众平台的翻转课堂教学法在新生儿科的教学实践效果。将在南华大学附属第一医院实习的40名本科医学生随机分为观察组与对照组,每组20名。对照组接受传统多媒体授课学习,观察组通过微信公众平台的翻转课堂模式学习。学习结束后,以闭卷考试和问卷调查对两组教学效果进行评估。观察组在闭卷考试中4项考核评分均优于对照组(P<0.05),在问卷调查中7项评分亦均优于对照组(P<0.05)。实践证明,基于微信公众平台的翻转课堂教学法,可以明显提高新生儿科的临床教学效果。This paper is to evaluate the effect of flipped classroom teaching method based on WeChat public platform in neonatal pediatrics.40 interns of medical students in The First Affiliated Hospital of University of South China were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 20 in each group.The control group received traditional multimedia teaching and learning method,and the observation group learned through the flipped classroom mode based on WeChat public platform.After the study,the teaching effect of the two groups was evaluated by closed-book examination and the questionnaire survey.The scores of 4 items in the closed-book examination of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of 7 items in the questionnaire survey were also higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The study shows that the flipped classroom teaching method based on WeChat public platform can significantly improve the clinical teaching effect of neonatal pediatrics.
