紧急情况护理认知量表的汉化及信效度研究

摘　　要：目的对紧急情况护理认知(PCAS)量表进行汉化,并在我国新护士群体中进行信效度检验。方法严格遵从Beaton跨文化调试指南对英文版PCAS量表进行翻译、回译、语言调适和预实验,形成中文版PCAS量表。应用中文版PCAS量表对214名新护士进行调查,并分析其信效度。结果中文版PCAS量表保留了原量表全部17个条目,总Cronbach′sα系数为0.919,各维度Cronbach′sα系数在0.807~0.896;总量表的重测信度为0.972,各维度重测信度在0.909~0.978;17个条目的内容效度指数在0.80~1.00,整个量表的内容效度指数为0.953;探索性因子分析提取出特征根>1的公因子3个,总方差累积贡献率为63.553%。结论中文版PCAS量表较为简便且易于实施,信效度指标均在可接受的范围内,可较好地用于评估我国新护士在紧急情况下的护理能力。Objective To translate the Perception to Care in Acute Situations(PCAS)scale into Chinese,and test the reliability and validity of the scale among new nurses in China.Methods The English version of PCAS scale was translated,retranslated,language adjusted and pre-tested in strict accordance with the cross-cultural debugging guidelines of Beaton to form the Chinese version of PCAS scale.The Chinese version of PCAS scale was used to investigate 214 new nurses and its reliability and validity were analyzed.Results The Chinese version of PCAS retained all 17 items of the original scale,the total Cronbach’sαcoefficient was 0.919,the Cronbach’sαcoefficient of each dimension was 0.807-0.896.The test-retest reliability of the total score was 0.972,and the test-retest reliability of each dimension was 0.909-0.978.The content validity index of 17 items was 0.80-1.00,and the content validity index of the whole scale was 0.953.Three common factors with characteristic roots>1 were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,and the cumulative contribution rate of total variance was 63.553%.Conclusion The Chinese version of PCAS is simple and easy to implement,and its indicators of reliability and validity are all within an acceptable range,so it can be better used to evaluate the nursing ability of new nurses in emergency situation in China.
