摘 要:为实现车身轻量化,研究2000 MPa热成形钢在A柱结构上的应用可行性。基于正面25%偏置碰撞工况,以2000 MPa热成形钢替代1500 MPa热成形钢,在某车型A柱结构上进行了轻量化设计。通过小偏置碰撞性能模拟分析,得出2000 MPa热成形钢方案满足性能要求;通过成本对比分析,由于零件数量的减少,2000 MPa热成形整体方案的单车工装费用及成本均有下降。分析结果表明,基于2000 MPa热成形钢的A柱轻量化设计方案具有可行性,可实现17.4%的减重效果,并具有良好的经济效益。To realize objective of auto body lightweight,this paper studied the application feasibility of 2000 MPa hot-formed steel in A-pillar structure.Based on the 25% frontal offset crash condition,2000 MPa hot-formed steel was used to replace 1500 MPa hot-formed steel,and the lightweight design was carried out on the A-pillar structure of a vehicle.Through the simulation analysis of minor offset frontal crash,it is concluded that the scheme of 2000 MPa hot-formed steel meets the performance requirements.Cost comparative analysis shows that the tooling expenditure and cost per car of the overall scheme are reduced due to the reduction of the number of parts.The analysis results show that the lightweight design scheme of A-pillar based on 2000 MPa hot-formed steel is feasible,can achieve 17.4% weight reduction effect,and has good economic benefits.
