摘 要:目的探讨线上同步诊断课堂实践教学模式在医学高等职业教育中的应用价值。方法选取2021年2—9月该院2020级高职临床医学专业4个班级的195名学生作为对照组,采用传统实践教学模式,选取2021年6—9月181名临床医学专业学生作为观察组,在对照组基础上引入临床同步线上课堂实践教学模式。学期结束后,通过理论考试和临床病例实践两方面考核两组学生的知识和技能水平。结果在学习效果方面,观察组和对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在临床病例实践方面,观察组的成绩明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高等职业医学教育中应用线上同步诊断课堂实践教学模式能够显著促进学生临床思维能力。Objective To explore the application value of online synchronous diagnosis classroom practice teaching mode in medical higher vocational education.Methods A total of 195 students from 4 classes of the 2020-level higher vocational clinical medicine major in the hospital from February to May 2021 were selected as the control group,adopted the traditional practice teaching mode,181 students majoring in clinical medicine from June to september 2012 were selected as the observation group,introduced the clinical synchronous online classroom practice teaching mode on the basis of the control group.At the end of the semester,the knowledge and skills of the two groups of students would be assessed through theoretical examinations and clinical case practice.Results In terms of learning effect,there was no statistically significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).In terms of clinical case practice,the performance of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of online synchronous diagnosis classroom practice teaching mode in higher vocational medical education can significantly promote students'clinical thinking ability.
