摘 要:药物化学是一门研究并揭示药物的理化性质、研究药物分子与机体细胞之间相互作用规律并设计合成用于治疗疾病药物的学科,同时是药学专业的一门重要的专业核心课。当前传统的课堂教学已无法完全满足高职院校药学专业多元化生源的学生学习需求,探究式教学法是高职课程改革的方向之一。该文介绍了以智慧课堂平台为基础的探究式教学法在高职药学专业药物化学课堂教学中的应用实践,对医药类高职药物化学课堂教学改革提供指导意义。Medicinal chemistry is a discipline that studies and reveals the physical and chemical properties of drugs,studies the interaction between drug molecules and body cells,and designs and synthesizes drugs for the treatment of diseases.It is also an important professional core course for pharmacy majors.The current traditional classroom teaching has been unable to fully meet the learning needs of the diversified students of the pharmacy major in higher vocational colleges,and the inquiry-based teaching method is one of the directions of higher vocational curriculum reform.This paper introduces the application practice of the inquiry-based teaching method based on the smart classroom platform in the classroom teaching of medicinal chemistry in higher vocational pharmacy majors,and provides guidance for the reform of medicinal chemistry classroom teaching in higher vocational colleges.
