摘 要:为研究前混合磨料射流冲击割缝岩石性能,将两相随机混合的光滑粒子用于模拟磨料射流,基于RHT(Riedel Hiermaier Thoma)本构模型建立了岩石割缝流固耦合数值模型。模拟和实验岩石割缝深度随射流横移速度变化规律一致,建立了数值模拟和实验磨料射流横移速度关系。岩石割缝位置中心和边缘的岩石单元损伤失效速率不同,分别呈现瞬时损伤失效和多次阶跃累积损伤特征。磨料颗粒冲击岩石概率与磨料射流浓度有关,当磨料浓度小于10%时,岩石割缝深度上升较快。岩石割缝深度随射流直径增大呈指数上升并趋于不变,后侧磨料颗粒冲击岩石作用随射流直径增大而减弱,当射流直径大于1.2 mm以后,岩石割缝深度均近似等于6.3 mm。岩石割缝深度随射流压力总体呈上升趋势,但在15 MPa~35 MPa压力范围内,磨料射流割缝岩石深度增大速率相对较低。该研究结果对前混合磨料射流横移速度、浓度、压力和直径等参数选择具有重要的指导作用。To investigate the rock slotting performance by pre-mixed abrasive waterjet impact,randomly mixed two-phase smoothed particles are adopted to simulate the abrasive waterjet,the fluid-structure numerical model for rock slotting is established based on the RHT(Riedel Hiermaier Thoma)constitutive model. The changes in relationship between simulated,experimental rock slotting depths and waterjet translational velocity are consistent,and the relationship between simulated and experimental translational velocity of abrasive waterjet is set up. The damage and failure rates of rock elements in the slotting central position and margin are significantly different,which respectively present instantaneous failure and cumulative damage in multiple steps. The impact probability between abrasive particles and rock is related with the concentration of abrasive waterjet,the increasing rate of rock slotting depth is larger when the abrasive concentration is less than 10%. The rock slotting depth goes up and tends to the same with the increasing of abrasive waterjet diameter,and the impact effect of posterolateral abrasive particles on rock decreases with larger waterjet diameter,and the slotting depths are approximately equal to 6.3 mm when the waterjet diameter is larger than 1.2 mm. With the increasing of waterjet pressure,the rock slotting depth present rising trend generally,but the increasing rate of slotting depth is relatively low when the abrasive waterjet pressure is in range of 15 MPa~35 MPa. The research results can provide important guidance for translational velocity,concentration,pressure and diameter selection of pre-mixed abrasive waterjet.
