摘  要:云南省泸富高速普者黑南盘江大桥主桥为主跨930 m的双塔斜拉桥,大桥跨越深切河谷,建设条件恶劣,山区条件下建设近千米级跨度斜拉桥面临的主要问题之一就是主梁梁型的选择。参照山区已建大跨度悬索桥和斜拉桥的主梁特点,结合本项目的具体建设条件,分别从运输进场难度、场地及标准化厂房需求、主体结构材料用量、质量控制、施工便利性等方面对比分析了钢桁梁和钢箱梁两种梁型的优劣性。结果表明,钢箱梁方案主体结构材料用量低,但需进行大量的现场焊接工作,焊接组拼安装所需的场地条件、临时措施投入以及要求较高的施工吊装设备是限制其使用的主要原因;钢桁梁整体刚度大,施工安装灵活,综合费用投入与钢箱梁相当。最终推荐工程质量更易控制的钢桁梁作为大桥主梁的实施方案。The main bridge of the Puzhehei Nanpanjiang Bridge on the Luxi-Funing Expressway in Yunnan Province is a twin-tower cable-stayed bridge with a span of 930 m. The bridge spans a deep river valley, and the construction conditions are harsh. One of the main problems for the construction of a cable-stayed bridge with a span of nearly 1 000 meters in mountainous conditions is the choice of the main beam type. Referring to the characteristics of the main girder of long-span suspension bridges and cable-stayed bridges already built in mountainous areas, combined with the specific construction conditions of this Project, the pros and cons of steel truss girder and steel box girder are analyzed and compared in terms of the difficulty of access, the requirement of sites and standardized plants, the material consumption of main structure, quality control, construction convenience, etc. The results show that the steel box girder scheme requires less material for the main structure, but requires a lot of on-site welding work. The site conditions required for welding assembly and installation, the investment of temporary measures, and the construction hoisting equipment with high requirements are the main reasons for limiting its use. The overall stiffness of the steel truss girder is large, the construction and installation are flexible, and the comprehensive cost is equivalent to that of the steel box girder. Finally, the steel truss girder with easier project quality control is recommended as the implementation plan of the main beam of the bridge.
