摘　　要：研究生教育担负着高层次人才培养和创新创造的重要使命,是国家发展、社会进步的重要基石。思想政治教育是研究生教育工作的生命线,近年来随着全国高校研究生招生规模逐年增长,高校在研究生思想政治教育方面将面临更多挑战。为全面落实高校立德树人根本任务,根据研究生思想政治教育工作存在的问题,提出加强和改进高校研究生思想政治教育工作的有效对策和建议,为党和国家培养一批德才兼备的高层次人才,对推进新时代高校研究生教育发展具有重要意义。Postgraduate education is responsible for the important mission of high-level talent training and innovation,and also an important cornerstone of national development and social progress.Ideological and political education is the lifeline of graduate education.In recent years,as the scale of postgraduate enrollment in colleges and universities across China has been increasing year by year,colleges and universities face more challenges in the ideological and political education of postgraduates.In order to fully implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating students in colleges and universities,according to the problems existing in the ideological and political education of postgraduates,this paper puts forward effective countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of postgraduates in colleges and universities,so as to cultivate a number of high-level talents with both political integrity and ability for the Party and the country,which is of great significance to promote the development of postgraduate education in colleges and universities in the new era.
