摘 要:为探讨基于自主学习能力培养的个性化教学研究与实践。以三峡大学医学院2016级本科临床医学专业六个班为研究对象,将六个班级随机分为现代教学组和传统教学组,每组各三个班级。课程结束后采用改良后的教育环境评估量表的问卷调查形式以及学生期末考试成绩对教学效果进行评估。结果显示:两组学生的问卷调查结果无显著性差异(P>0.05),但是两组学生的平时成绩、卷面成绩和最终成绩的得分均具有统计学差异(P<0.01)。因此,个性化的现代教学模式较传统教学模式相比更有利于提高学生自主学习能力,从而提高学习成绩。This paper discusses the research and practice of individualized teaching based on the cultivation of autonomous learning ability.Taking six classes of 2016 undergraduate clinical medicine major in the Medical College of China Three Gorges University as the research object,we randomly divide the six classes into modern teaching group and traditional teaching group,with three classes in each group.After the course,the teaching effect is evaluated by using the questionnaire of the improved educational environment assessment scale and the students’final examination results.The results show that there is no significant difference in the questionnaire survey results between the two groups(P>0.05),but there are significant differences in the scores of usual scores,examination scores and final scores between the two groups(P<0.01).Therefore,compared with the traditional teaching mode,the individualized modern teaching mode is more conducive to improving students’autonomous learning ability and improve their academic performance.
