摘 要:为了辨析有色膜光谱对苗用型大白菜品种间的生长及光合活性的调节效应,将‘油绿3号’(L3)、‘京研1号’(J1)、‘京研6号’(J6)和‘京研紫快菜’(JZ)共4个品种进行蓝膜、绿膜、黄膜、红膜或无色膜覆盖处理,测定干鲜重、叶面积、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、光合色素及光合碳吸收活性等指标。结果表明:无色膜下,苗用型大白菜的深绿叶品种(L3、J1)不仅干鲜重和叶面积较高,而且营养物质中可溶性糖、淀粉和抗坏血酸也较高;可是浅绿叶品种(J6)和紫叶品种(JZ)均较低。红膜下4个品种的干鲜重、叶面积、光合色素含量与无色膜相近(L3和J6)或有所增(主要是J1)减(主要是JZ)。尽管黄膜比红膜复合光谱增添了辅助绿光和黄光光谱,可是对4个品种尤其是L3的生长促进效应更强,其鲜重、干重、叶面积比无色膜下分别增加17.90%、12.49%、21.98%。虽然绿膜比蓝膜复合光谱增添了辅助黄光和远红光光谱,却与蓝膜类似地抑制了各品种的生长;还呈现出对4个品种的可溶性蛋白质、叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量的定向调优效应(平均增加48.85%、15.74%和22.51%),也调优了L3、J1和J6的抗坏血酸含量(+16.98%、+35.44%和+33.54%),尤其是JZ的游离氨基酸含量(+60.44%)。蓝膜下4个品种的光合速率Pn和光系统整体性能指数PI;分别平均下降了29.86%和25.42%,而气孔导度Gs平均上升了111.98%;可是其它有色膜光谱下Pn和PI;与无色膜相近或有所增减。变量因子分析显示,黄膜对各品种生长及光合活性的综合调节效应最优,其次是红膜和绿膜,蓝膜最弱。The aim of this study was to investigate the moderating effects of transmission spectrum of colored film on the growth and photosynthetic activity of Chinese Cabbage among various varieties.Comparison was made on the dry or fresh biomass,leaf area,soluble sugar,soluble protein,photosynthetic pigments and photosynthetic carbon uptake activity of four varieties,including ’Oil Green No.3’(L3),’Jing Yan No.1’(J1),’Jing Yan No.6’(J6) and ’Jing Yan Purple Cabbage’(JZ),that were grown under the blue film,green film,yellow film,red film and colorless film for 2 weeks.Under colorless film treatment,the dark-green-leaf varieties of Chinese cabbages (L3 and J1) displayed higher biomass,leaf area and nutrient contents of soluble sugars,starch and ascorbic acid that were lower in the light-greenleaf variety (J6) and the purple-leaf variety (JZ).The dry and fresh biomass,leaf area and photosynthetic pigment content of L3 and J6 under the red film treatment were similar to that under the colorless film,or slightly varied(increased in J1 and decreased in JZ).Although the transmission spectrum under red film lacked auxiliary green and yellow radiation spectrum compared with that under yellow film,the effects on growth promotion of the four varieties were further enhanced,especially L3.Under the yellow film treatment,the fresh weight,dry weight and leaf area of L3 increased by 17.90%,12.49% and 21.98% respectively compared with those under colorless film.As well as the transmission spectrum was different in auxiliary yellow and far-red radiation spectrum under green and blue film,they similarly inhibited the growth of each variety.They also showed a directional up-regulation of contents of soluble protein,chlorophyll and carotenoid in the four varieties (average increases of 48.85%,15.74%and 22.51%),and of ascorbic acid in L3,J1 and J6 (+16.98%,+35.44%and+33.54%),especially the free amino acid content of JZ(+60.44%).Under blue film treatment,both photosynthetic rate Pn and the overall photosystem performance index
