摘 要:如何更好地将理论和实践相结合,一直是人力资源管理专业教学的焦点问题。“工作分析”作为人力资源管理专业的核心基础课程,在教学活动中兼顾理论和实践的问题更为突出。虽然针对该课程的教学已经有了一些可供借鉴的模式,但这些模式往往受诸多不利因素影响实际教学效果。在总结这些不利因素的基础上,根据河北师范大学商学院人力系的教学实践,提出一种基于对分课堂的“工作分析”教学模式。该模式可以较好地克服当前“工作分析”课程教学所面临的一些困难,有条件的院校可因地制宜加以借鉴和推广。The combination of theory and practice has been the focus of human resources management teaching. As a basic course of human resources management, Job Analysis gives consideration to the teaching of theoretical knowledge and the cultivation of practical skills in teaching activities. Although there exist some modes for reference in the teaching of the course, they are often affected by many adverse factors. On the basis of summing up these factors, according to the teaching practice of Human Resources Management Department of Business School of Hebei Normal University, this paper puts forward a teaching mode of Job Analysis based on PAD class. This paper holds that the mode can overcome the unfavorable factors of Job Analysis, and provide a useful reference for colleges and universities according to local conditions.
