摘　　要：目的探讨基于雨课堂的智慧教学模式在中医骨伤科教学中的效果,为促进教学模式的改革提供科学依据。方法将广州中医药大学第一临床医学院2016级102名全日制本科生为教学对象,随机分为雨课堂智慧教学组和传统教学组,分别采用雨课堂智慧教学和传统教学后,采用考核和调查问卷的方法分析教学效果。结果雨课堂智慧教学组的理论知识得分、病例分析得分、总分均高于传统教学组(P<0.05),且二者差异有统计学意义。雨课堂智慧教学组多数学生接受基于雨课堂的教学模式,并认为其在对提高学科的学习兴趣,提高临床思维能力,提高自主学习和分析问题能力,提高课堂学习效率方面更优于传统教学模式。结论基于雨课堂的智慧教学模式在中医骨伤科教学中应用效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of the smart teaching based on the rain classroom in the teaching of Orthopedics of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and provide a scientific basis for promoting the reform of the teaching model.Methods 102 full-time undergraduates from the 2016 First Clinical Medical College of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,were randomly divided into the rain classroom smart teaching group and traditional teaching group.The rain classroom smart teaching group and traditional teaching were used respectively.After the corresponding teaching,the results of the teaching were analyzed by the method of examination and questionnaire.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,case analysis,total score,satisfaction and professional interest in the rain classroom smart teaching group were higher than those in traditional teaching group(P<0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion The application of the smart teaching based on the rain classroom in the clinical teaching of orthopedics of traditional Chinese medicine is remarkable.
