摘 要:目的探讨网络PBL教学模式在心血管内科住院医师规范化培训中的实施策略及教学效果评价,并与传统教学模式进行对比。方法入选我院2021年1—6月在心血管内科进行住院医师规范化培训的学员27名,分为试验组(10名)和对照组(17名),试验组接受网络PBL教学培训,对照组接受传统教学培训,根据学员基础理论及临床技能考核成绩、满意度调查、教学效果评价,对两种教学模式进行比较及评价。结果试验组理论考核成绩优于对照组(P<0.05),临床技能考核成绩两组无显著差异。心血管内科住培医师对两种教学方法满意度均较高,两种教学方式的教学效果优良率均较高,尤其是试验组在培养住培医师独立临床思维及提高分析能力、增强学习兴趣、加深理解记忆这四个方面优良率均达100%,能有效达到规范化培训的教学要求。结论网络PBL教学模式有助于在传统教学模式的基础上进一步拓展学习空间,改善学习效果,为心血管内科住院医师规范化培训学员的培养提供教学经验和参考,值得进一步探索及改良。Objective To explore the implementation strategy and teaching effect of the web Problem-based Learning(PBL)teaching mode in standardized training of cardiovascular residents and compare it with the traditional teaching mode.Methods We selected 27 residents who were on rotation in cardiovascular department of our hospital during the period from January 2021 to June 2021.These residents were divided into two groups,web PBL teaching mode was adopted in the experimental group(10 residents),and the control group(17 residents)adopted the traditional face-to-face teaching mode.Compare the effect of two teaching mode depended on the questionnaires and the results of theoretical and practical exams.Results The theoretical exam results of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,there was no significant difference between the two groups of practical exam results.The cardiovascular residents were satisfied with both of the two teaching methods,and the teaching effect of the two teaching methods was both high,especially the experimental group had a good rate of 100%in cultivating the independent clinical thinking of the disciplined physicians and improving the analytical ability,enhancing the learning interest,and deepening the understanding and memory,which can effectively meet the teaching requirements of standardized training.Conclusion Web PBL teaching mode helps to further expand the learning space and improve the learning effect on the basis of the traditional teaching mode,and provides teaching experience and reference for the standardized training of cardiovascular residents,which is worth further exploration and improvement.
