摘 要:试验旨在研究在日粮中添加功能肽、发酵虫草菌粉和多酚枣粉替代常规替抗组分对断奶仔猪生长性能、抗氧化和免疫功能的影响。选取672头体况良好、断奶日龄和体重相近的“杜×长×大”三元杂交仔猪,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复28头仔猪。对照组仔猪饲喂常规替抗成分的基础日粮(商品粮),试验组分别使用1 kg/t功能肽、3 kg/t发酵虫草菌粉和2 kg/t多酚枣粉替代基础日粮的常规替抗成分。结果显示:与对照组相比,功能肽组、发酵虫草菌粉组和多酚枣粉组仔猪的末重均具有增加趋势(P=0.05);多酚枣粉组仔猪的平均日增重显著高于其他组(P<0.05);虫草菌粉组仔猪的料重比显著低于功能肽组(P<0.05);多酚枣粉组仔猪的死淘率和腹泻率高于其他组。虫草菌粉组和多酚枣粉组仔猪血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著高于功能肽组(P<0.05)。研究表明,日粮中使用功能肽、虫草菌粉和多酚枣粉替代常规替抗组分能够提升断奶仔猪的生长性能;虫草菌粉和多酚枣粉能够提升仔猪免疫力。The experiment was to investigate the effect of dietary supplemented with functional peptide,fermented cordycepis sinensis powder and polyphenol jujube powder instead of conventional antibiotic components on growth performance,antioxidant and immune indices of weaned piglets.A total of 672 healthy‘Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire’crossbred piglets with similar weaning age and body weight were randomly allocated into four groups,with six replicates in each group and 28 piglets in each replicate.The pigs in control group were fed with a basal diet(commercial diet)with conventional antibiotic ingredients,and piglets in experimental groups were fed with 1 kg/t functional peptide,3 kg/t fermented Cordyceps sinensis powder and 2 kg/t polyphenol jujube powder instead of conventional anti-resistance ingredients in the basal diet,respectively.The results showed that compared with control group,the final weight of piglets in functional peptide group,fermented Cordyceps sinensis powder group and polyphenol jujube powder group tended to increase(P=0.05),the daily gain of piglets in polyphenol jujube powder group was significantly better than that in other groups(P<0.05).The feed to gain ratio of piglets in Cordyceps sinensis powder group was significantly lower than that in functional peptide group(P<0.05),and the mortality rate and diarrhea rate of piglets in polyphenol jujube powder group were higher than those in any other groups.The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in serum of piglets in Cordyceps sinensis powder and polyphenol jujube powder groups was significantly higher than that in functional peptide group(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that the growth performance of weaned piglets can be improved by using functional peptides,Cordyceps sinensis powder and polyphenol jujube powder in diets instead of conventional antibiotic components,Cordyceps sinensis powder and polyphenol jujube powder can improve the immunity of piglets.
