摘　　要：本探究性实验的目的是使学生了解在实际机电系统中,计算机进行信号检测、运算处理、驱动执行部件达到控制目标的原理和方式,掌握传感器的工作原理和应用领域、变频器控制被控对象的工作原理及实现方式、PLC编程控制的语言特点和控制方式,加深学生对PLC、上位机和被控对象之间的工作关系的认识和理解,有效提高学生机电液结合的动手与工程应用能力。The purpose of this exploratory experiment is to enable students to understand the principles and methods of computer signal detection,operation processing and driving executive components to achieve control objectives in the actual electromechanical system.And master the working principle and application field of sensor,the working principle and realization mode of inverter control object,PLC programming control language characteristics and control mode.So as to deepen students’understanding of the working relationship between PLC,upper computer and controlled object,and effectively improve students’practical and engineering application ability of mechanical,electrical and hydraulic combination.
