摘  要:广叶绣球菌是近年来实现工厂化栽培的一种珍稀食药用菌,液体培养可缩短其制种时间。试验通过测定菌球密度、菌丝生物量等指标,研究脂肪酸、表面活性剂、有机溶剂等外源添加物对绣球菌液体培养的作用,结果表明:加入2 g/L的油酸和体积分数为0.2%的甲醇对菌球直径、菌球密度和菌丝体生物量均有一定促进作用;0.5 g/L橄榄油和0.4 g/L花生油能显著提高菌球直径和菌丝体生物量;添加4 g/L Tween 80能在一定程度上促进菌丝生长,在培养初期(3天)添加能获得较好的促进效果。Sparassis latifolia is a precious edible and medicinal mushroom that has been cultivated in recent years.Liquid culture can shorten the spawn production time.Influence of exogenous additives such as fatty acids,surfactants,organic solvents on liquid culture of Sparassis latifolia was studied by measuring mycelium pellet density,mycelial biomass and other indicators.Result indicated that 2 g/L oleic acid and 0.2%methanol had a certain promoting effect on mycelium pellet diameter,mycelium pellet density and mycelial biomass;0.5 g/L olive oil and 0.4 g/L peanut oil showed a strong stimulating effect on mycelium pellet diameter and mycelial biomass;the addition of 4 g/L Tween 80 increased the yields of mycelium,and added at early stage of culture obtained a better promotion effect.
