百万扩招背景下高职染整技术专业的应对策略研究

摘　　要：“百万扩招”是国家针对当前基本国情作出的重要战略选择。“百万扩招”生源学生的培养是高职院校人才培养工作中的重要组成部分,需要不断地探索、创新和总结。文章以染整技术专业为例分析了“百万扩招”生源学生的学情特点,并结合学校的实际情况,在优化课程体系、创新教学组织形式、推动校企联合培养、改进教学评价等方面进行了探索和实践。“Million enrollment expansion”is an important strategic option made by the country according to the current basic national conditions.The cultivation of“million enrollment expansion”students is an important part of talent cultivation in vocational colleges,which needs to be constantly explored,innovated and summarized.This paper takes the dyeing and finishing technology specialty as an example to analyze the learning situation of the students,and combines the actual situation of the school to explore and practice in optimizing the curriculum system,innovating the teaching organization form,promoting the school-enterprise joint training,and improving the teaching evaluation.
