芳香微胶囊及其在纺织品中的应用研究进展

摘　　要：芳香微胶囊因可有效解决芯材香精损失问题并实现香精持久释放而受到广泛关注。介绍芳香微胶囊芯材香精的种类及主要成分,对比分析不同种类香精的功能效果,详细评述芳香微胶囊壁材,包括天然高分子壁材、半合成高分子壁材、合成高分子壁材及无机壁材,对比分析上述不同壁材的特点及对芳香微胶囊性能的影响。在此基础上,介绍芳香微胶囊应用在留香类、抗菌类及驱蚊类纺织品等功能性纺织品方面的研究工作和最新发展动态,指出微胶囊中芯材香精成分与壁材种类的优化组合以及具有智能控释性能的微胶囊结构设计是芳香微胶囊的发展趋势。Fragrance microcapsules have attracted widespread attention attributing to the characteristic of effectively solving the problem of core material flavor loss and achieving sustained release of essence.The types and main essence components of core materials in fragrance microcapsule were introduced,and the functional effects of different kinds of essence were compared and analyzed.The wall materials of fragrance microcapsules,including natural polymer wall materials,semi-synthetic polymer wall materials,synthetic polymer wall materials and inorganic wall materials,were reviewed in detail.On the basis of this,the research work and the latest development of the application of fragrance microcapsules in the field of functional textiles such as flavoring textiles,antibacterial textiles and mosquito-repellent textiles were introduced.It was proposed that the the development trend of fragrance microcapsules was optimal combination of core material essence and wall material and the structure design of microcapsules with intelligent controlled release performance.
