产前诊断技术干预下体外受精-胚胎移植后胎儿先天畸形的发生情况

摘　　要：目的分析产前诊断技术干预下体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)后胎儿先天畸形的发生情况,降低先天畸形发生率。方法统计东莞市松山湖中心医院生殖医学科2015年1月—2019年9月IVF-ET后妊娠,在孕周≥13周时处于继续妊娠状态的所有孕妇的孕期情况和胎儿情况。结果孕周≥13周的孕妇共1184例,存活胎儿共1537个,在后续妊娠过程中,18个胎儿(1.2%)在产检过程中发现先天缺陷,进行减胎或引产,65个胎儿(4.2%)发生晚期流产,3个胎儿(0.2%)死产,1451个胎儿(94.1%)活产。活产胎儿中,13个胎儿发现先天缺陷。产前诊断技术减少了58.1%的先天缺陷儿出生。结论产前诊断技术极大地降低了IVF-ET后活产儿的先天畸形发生率。Objective To analyze the occurrence of fetal congenital malformations after in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET)under the intervention of prenatal diagnosis technology,reduce the incidence rate of congenital malformations.Methods The pregnancy status of all pregnant women(in the state of continuous pregnancy when gestational week≥13 weeks)and fetal status after IVF-ET in Department of Reproductive Medicine in Dongguan Songshan Lake Central Hospital from January 2015 to September 2019 were analyzed statistically.Results There were 1184 pregnatn women and 1537 survival fetuses at 13 gestational weeks,in the process of pregnancy,18 fetuses(1.2%)were diagnosed as congenital malformations in prenatal examination,embryo-reduction operation or induced labor was performed,late abortion occurred in 65 fetuses(4.2%),3 fetuses(0.2%)were diagnosed as stillbirth,1451 fetuses(94.1%)were alive.Among the alive fetuses,13 fetuses were diagnosed as congenital malformations.Prenatal diagnosis reduced the birth of 58.1%of the infants with congenital malformations.Conclusion Prenatal diagnosis technology can significantly reduce the incidence rate of congenital malformations in alive neonates after IVF-ET.
