摘 要:为了研究不同性能方锥式吸能结构对单节列车碰撞力学行为的影响,提出快速变换吸能结构性能的参数化方法,通过改变吸能结构力-位移曲线,研究吸能结构初始峰值力、平台力和平台力斜率变化对列车碰撞力学行为的影响规律,最后通过响应面法建立了吸能结构与单节列车的碰撞力学行为关联模型。研究结果表明:随着吸能结构峰值力和平台力增加,车体碰撞吸能量和车体碰撞纵向合力增大,车体质心纵向、垂向位移和转向架轮对中心B1和B2抬升量逐渐减小,质心横向位移和转向架轮对中心B2~B8抬升量基本不变;随着吸能结构平台力斜率增加,车体碰撞吸能量和纵向碰撞合力增大,车体质心纵向位移和垂向位移减小,质心横向位移和转向架轮对中心B1~B8抬升量基本不变;关联模型在一定程度上可以指导吸能结构的设计和预测列车变形姿态。In order to study the influence of square cone energy absorption structure with different performance on the collision mechanical behavior of single train,a parameterization method was proposed to rapidly transform the performance of energy absorbing structures.By changing the force-displacement curve of energy absorbing structures,the influence law of initial peak force,platform force and slope of platform force on the collision mechanical behavior of car body was studied.Finally,the relation model between energy absorption structure and single car body was established by response surface method.The results show that with the increase of energy absorption peak structure and platform forces,car body collision energy absorption and car body collision longitudinal force increase,car body mass center longitudinal,vertical displacement and bogie wheel to the center of B1 and B2 rise gradually decrease,and the center of mass lateral displacement and bogie wheel to center B2-B8 lifting basically remain unchanged.With the increase of platform force slope,the energy absorption and longitudinal impact force of vehicle body increase,the longitudinal and vertical displacements of vehicle body centroid decrease,and the transverse displacements of centroid and bogie wheel center B1-B8 remain unchanged.The correlation model can guide the design of energy absorbing structure and predict the train deformation attitude.
