摘  要:目的探索构建适合公立医院精细化管理的DRGs绩效评价指标体系。方法采用文献研究法及Delphi专家咨询法,构建DRGs绩效评价指标体系,运用综合指数法进行绩效评价,收集外科科室的相关数据进行验证。结果DRGs绩效评价指标体系包括产能与技术、效率与运营、质量与安全3个维度,可以对同一科室进行纵向比较,也可以对同类型科室进行横向比较。结论通过DRGs绩效评价指标体系对科室进行全面、科学的评价,有助于提升医院精细化管理水平,增强医院核心竞争力,促进医院高质量发展。Objective This paper aims to explore the construction of diagnosis-related groups(DRGs)performance evaluation index system suitable for refined management of public hospitals.Methods The literature research method and Delphi method were used to construct the DRGs performance evaluation index system,the comprehensive index method was used for performance evaluation,and the relevant data of surgical departments were collected for verification.Results DRGs performance evaluation index system includes three dimensions:capacity and technology,efficiency and operation,quality and safety.DRGs performance evaluation can be used for vertical comparison of the same department,as well as horizontal comparison for the same type of department.Conclusion Comprehensive and scientific evaluation of departments through the DRGs performance evaluation index system is helpful to improve the level of refined management of public hospitals,enhance the core competitiveness and promote highquality development of the hospital.
