摘 要:5G技术是在4G和WI-FI等几代通信技术的基础上优化升级的技术,可应用到多个领域,极大推动了各行业相关技术的发展。在现有的科技基础上,尤其是网络通信技术方面,5G技术促使传统制造企业朝着数字化、智能化和网络化的方向不断地升级发展。本研究首先对5G技术的特点进行分析阐述,针对传统制造企业的痛点提出5G+企业内网的解决方案并对其基本特征进行分析,同时对基于5G技术的智能制造应用定制网络和显著特征下的网络具体应用场景进行归纳汇总,最后对5G+制造业的未来发展和应用提出建议,对行业实施智能制造具有指导意义和参考价值。5G technology is based on the optimization and upgrading of several generations of communication technologies such as 4G and WI-FI,and it is applied to many technical fields,greatly promoting the development of related technologies in various industries.On the basis of existing science and technology,especially in network communication technology,5G technology promotes traditional manufacturing enterprises to upgrade and develop in the direction of digitalization,intelligence and networking.Firstly,the characteristics of 5G technology were expounded in this paper.5G+enterprise intranet was proposed for the pain points of traditional manufacturing enterprises and its basic characteristics were analyzed.At the same time,the customized network of intelligent manufacturing application based on 5G technology and the specific application scenarios of the network under the salient characteristics were summarized.Finally,suggestions were put forward for the future development and application of 5G+manufacturing,which has guiding significance and reference value for the implementation of intelligent manufacturing in the industry.
