摘  要:针对印刷企业生产中物料转运劳动强度大、效率低以及人力成本高的问题,本研究提出一种用于智能印刷工厂的印刷物料转运规划策略,并按照单一物流方向原则设计了车间布局和物料转运路线。采用蒙特卡洛定位法实现AGV导航,运用D*Lite算法实现路径规划,完成印刷过程各工序间物料的自动化转运,提高了生产效率,对国内智能印刷工厂的建设有较强的指导意义。In view of the problems of high labor intensity,low efficiency and high labor cost in material transfer in the production of printing enterprises,in this study,a printing material circulation and transportation planning strategy for intelligent printing factories was proposed.According to the principle of single logistics direction,the workshop layout and material flow and transportation route were designed.Monte Carlo positioning method was used to realize AGV navigation and D*Lite algorithm was used to realize path planning,which realized the automatic flow and transportation of materials among each process of printing process,improved production efficiency.It has strong guiding significance for the construction of domestic intelligent printing factories.
