摘　　要：医学检验技术专业学生在进入微生物实习阶段,是理论与实践相结合的一次提升,探讨切实可行的实习带教流程并在实践中不断完善,是每一位带教老师不断追求的目标。微生物实验室有着独特的工作环境和操作属性,作为微生物实验室的带教老师应根据自身的工作经验、实际工作环境,为实习生们梳理出脉络清晰的实习内容,深入浅出地把课堂理论知识引导到实际操作中,探寻出更符合实际更能被实习学生接受、高效、影响深刻的带教方法。在新形势下,从制定规范化的带教模式、重视岗前培训、着重对实验技能的提升、强调质量控制的意义、学会与临床的沟通、微信平台在实习带教中的应用等方面对临床微生物实习带教进行了探讨,为培养合格的临床微生物检验专业人才提供有益尝试。The entry of students majoring in medical laboratory technology into the microbiology practice stage is a promotion of the combination of theory and practice.It is the constant pursuit of every teacher to explore feasible practice teaching process and improve it in practice.Microbiology laboratory has a unique working environment and operation attributes,as microbiology laboratory teachers should be based on their own work experience,the actual working environment,sort out the content of the internship with a clear context for interns,guide the classroom theoretical knowledge into practical operation,explore more practical and more practical students can be accepted,efficient,profound impact of teaching methods.Under the new situation,from the formulation standardized teaching mode,pay attention to pre-service training of experimental skills of ascension,emphasizes the significance of quality control,learn to the communication with clinical,WeChat platform application in practice teaching of clinical microbiology practice teaching are discussed in this paper,to cultivate qualified clinical microbiological professionals provide a beneficial attempt.
