积极心理学对改善老年高血压患者负性情绪及生理指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨以积极心理学为基础的干预方法是否能提高患者的主观幸福感,改善患者的负性情绪及血流变、低密度胆固醇、高密度胆固醇及甘油三脂的变化。方法将68名高血压患者按照对照匹配的原则分为观察组和对照组各34例,对照组给予高血压的常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予以积极心理学为基础的心理护理,干预前及干预结束一周后进行血流变、低密度胆固醇、高密度胆固醇及甘油三脂水平的测定,并进行总体幸福感量表(GWB)和焦虑自评量表(SAS),自评抑郁量表(SDS)的测试,并评价干预效果。结果干预前观察组与对照组在总体幸福感的总分及六个维度方面以及焦虑自评量表(SAS),自评抑郁量表(SDS)中均无统计学差异,干预后均有统计学差异。血流变、低密度、高密度胆固醇及甘油三脂的变化,2组治疗后比较,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论以积极心理学为基础的心理干预可以改善患者的负性情绪感,提高患者的主观幸福感,需要添加血流变、低密度、高密度胆固醇及甘油三脂的变化。Objective:Explore whether interventions based on positive psychology can improve the patient's subjective well-being,improve mood and negative changes in the patient's blood flow changes,LDL cholesterol,HDL cholesterol and triglycerides.Methods:A total of 68 patients with hypertension were divided into the control group and the observation group with 34 cases in each group,using the principle of control matches.Patients in control group received roution care.And the observation group additionally received Psychological intervention on the basic of the Positive psychology.Pre-intervention andintervention changes in blood flow,LDL cholesterol,HDL cholesterol and triglyceride levels were measured after the end of the week,The effect was measured by the GWB,SAS and SDS.The data was collected before the intervention and a week after the intervention.Results:After the intervention,the total scores of SWB and the six subscales of SWB were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05 for all)and the total scores of the SAS and SDS were also statistically significant.Changes in blood rheology,low density,high density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglycerides,the two groups after treatment,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:The intervention basic of Positive Psychology can improve the subject well-beingand the negative emotions of the elder patient with hypertension.Improve the quality of life of patients.
