摘　　要：以某总装配线生产大纲计划和车间作业计划的编制为例,针对现有排产方法未充分考虑生产效率的问题,提出以数学建模和变邻域搜索算法来探讨新的计划编制方法。以总装配线的生产数据为输入,经过CPLEX和VC++6.0的求解计算,得到新方案,较原方案生产效率提升8.24%,生产任务分配更加公平。Taking the preparation of production outline plan and workshop schedule of a final assembly line as an example, aiming at the problem that production efficiency was not fully taken into consideration in existing production scheduling method, a new method of making production plan based on mathematical modeling and variable neighborhood search algorithm was proposed. Taking the production data of the final assembly line as input, through the solution and calculation of CPLEX and VC++6.0, the production efficiency of the new scheme is improved 8.24% than the original scheme, and the production task distribution is more fair.
