摘  要:细乳液聚合技术具有操作简便、绿色经济、适用范围广等优点,可以很好地应用于本科生新创性实验教学中;同时,通过在细乳液聚合中引入具有光致变色特性的螺吡喃衍生物,使制备的胶体粒子具有明显的光致变色和荧光开关特性,还可以进一步激发学生的实验兴趣和对科研的亲近感。本文通过一步细乳液聚合法,在75℃下聚合反应3h制备了含螺吡喃衍生物——2-(3’,3’-二甲基-6-硝基螺[苯并吡喃-2,2’-吲哚啉]-1’-基)乙基-甲基丙烯酸酯(SPMA)的光致变色胶体粒子,利用激光粒度分析仪、紫外-可见吸收光谱仪和荧光光谱仪对胶体粒子进行粒径和光谱测试。结果表明,所制备的胶体粒子的粒径在60nm左右,它在紫外光和可见光刺激下表现出明显的光致变色和荧光开关性质。初步的防伪应用表明其在荧光防伪上具有很大的应用价值。Miniemulsion polymerization technology has several advantages,including simple operation,use of green technology,and a wide range of applications,and can be used for innovative experimental teaching for undergraduates.By introducing spiropyran derivatives with photochromic properties into the miniemulsion polymerization,the prepared colloidal particles have apparent photochromic and photoswitchable fluorescent properties,which may further stimulate students’interest in experiments and foster a sense of closeness to scientific research.In this paper,a one-step miniemulsion polymerization method was used to prepare photochromic colloidal particles containing spiropyran derivatives,that’s 2-(3’,3’-dimethyl-6-nitrospiro[chromene-2,2’-indolin]-1’-yl)ethyl methacrylate(SPMA),at 75℃ for 3 h.The particle size and spectra of the colloidal particles were measured using a laser particle size analyzer,UV-Vis absorption spectrometer,and fluorescence spectrometer.The results show that the particle size of the prepared colloidal particles is approximately 60 nm,and they exhibit obvious photochromic and photoswitchable fluorescent properties under ultraviolet and visible light.Preliminary studies show they have valuable fluorescent anti-counterfeiting applications.
