粤港澳大湾区高校公民教育比较研究

摘　　要：通过比较分析,珠三角地区高校的思想政治教育突出“立德树人”的根本任务,港澳地区高校的公民教育表现出极强的中西方文化整合性的特点。粤港澳大湾区高校公民教育主要差异是港澳地区国家认同教育的缺失,成因是国家认知度、公民教育关注维度和城市文化价值链理念不同。强化粤港澳大湾区高校公民教育,要坚持国家认同,消除隔阂,引导年轻一代形成正确的公民价值观。Through comparative analysis, the ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the Pearl River Delta region highlights the fundamental task of “cultivating people by virtue”, and the civic education in colleges and universities in Hong Kong and Macao shows the characteristics of strong integration of Chinese and western cultures. To strengthen civic education in colleges and universities in the Greater Bay Area, we should adhere to national identity, eliminate estrangement, and guide the young generation to form correct civic values.
