摘 要:包装是果蔬采后重要的商品化处理,适当的包装可以使采后果蔬在运输、贮藏过程中保持优良的品质,防止机械损伤,减少病虫害、微生物的侵染及水分的蒸发,避免由于相互热效应引起的腐烂变质。综述了纳米类包装、生物膜类包装、气调类包装和活性包装材料等不同包装的特点及其对采后果蔬品质和贮藏特性的影响,旨在为采后果蔬的保鲜提供参考。Packaging is an important commercial treatment of fruits and vegetables after harvest. Appropriate packaging can maintain excellent quality of harvested fruits and vegetables during transportation and storage,preventing mechanical damages, reducing pests, diseases, microbial infections and water evaporation, and avoiding rot and deterioration due to mutual thermal effects. This article reviewed the characteristics of different packaging technologies, such as nano packaging, biofilm packaging, modified atmosphere packaging and active packaging materials, and their effects on the quality and storage characteristics of post-harvested fruits and vegetables,aiming to provide a reference for the preservation of harvested fruits and vegetables.
