企业财务人员培训管理中大数据的应用研究

摘　　要：随着大数据在各个领域的渗透,企业财务人员的培训管理要顺应时代潮流,将大数据引入企业财务人员的培训管理之中,转变落后、不科学的培训管理模式和方法,深入、全面地分析企业财务人员培训管理中存在的问题,探索企业财务人员培训管理中大数据应用的有效路径,从而充分利用大数据实现对企业财务人员培训的精准化管理和信息化管理。因此,论文探讨了企业财务人员培训管理中大数据应用面临的问题,据此提出了应用路径,以供参考。With the penetration of big data in various fields, the training management of enterprise financial personnel should conform to the trend of the times, introduce big data into the training management of enterprise financial personnel, change backward and unscientific training management modes and methods, deeply and comprehensively analyze the problems existing in the training management of enterprise financial personnel, and explore the effective paths of applying big data in the training management of enterprise financial personnel, so as to make full use of big data to realize accurate management and informatization management of enterprise financial personnel training. Therefore,the paper discusses the problems faced by the application of big data in enterprise financial personnel training management, and accordingly puts forward the application paths, for reference.
