摘  要:以医用高等数学为例,基于目标导向、问题导向和结果导向对教学改革进行探索。对传统医用高等数学授课模式存在的问题进行梳理,提出了“五步法”教学改革方案,进行了课程思政设计和思政元素挖掘。调查和考核评价都显示“五步法”对医用高等数学教学改革起到了较好的效果,但对学习小组的督促力度还不够,部分学习小组的成绩相对较低,未来应加强对小组的阶段性考核,以此来强化小组的学习结果导向。基于目标导向、问题导向和结果导向的教学改革真正做到了以学生为中心,说明这三个导向是教学改革中经得起检验的方法论。Through taking medical advanced mathematics as an example,the study explores the teaching reform based on target,problem and result orientation.Then the study summarizes the problems of traditional medical advanced mathematics lecture mode,proposes“five-step”teaching reform scheme,and explores curriculum ideological design and elements.The investigation and examination evaluation show that“five-step”has better effect on the medical advanced mathematics teaching reform,but the supervision of study group is insufficient.The results of some study groups are low.In the future,it is suggested to promote the group stage examination,to strengthen the group study result orientation.Teaching reform based on target,problem and result orientation is centered by students.This indicates that the three orientations can be verified in teaching reform.
