摘 要:目的:探讨睡眠状况与初发性脑出血的关系,同时探讨不同脑出血部位与睡眠的关系及影响因素。方法:选取2018年6月至2021年6月汕头市澄海区人民医院外一科收治的初发性脑出血患者60例作为观察组,选取同时期在汕头市澄海区人民医院体检中心体检的健康体检者60例作为对照组。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评估2组研究对象近期的睡眠时间和睡眠质量,并利用无序多分类Logistic回归模型对不同部位脑出血、睡眠质量、睡眠时间以及其他影响因素之间的关系进行分析。结果:1)对照组睡眠质量明显优于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2)2组睡眠时间不足发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组睡眠时间过长发生率明显多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3)不同部位脑出血患者睡眠时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同部位脑出血患者睡眠质量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);4)睡眠质量差(PSQI>5分)是丘脑出血的危险因素;高血压是小脑出血的危险因素,高脂血症是脑干出血的危险因素。结论:睡眠时间过长和睡眠质量差均有可能增加脑出血的发病风险,日常生活中应该控制好睡眠时间,同时应提高睡眠质量,降低脑出血的发病率。此外,不同出血部位与睡眠质量和睡眠时间长短有一定相关性。Objective:To explore the association between sleep status and primary intracerebral hemorrhage,and to explore the relationship as well as risk factors between sleep and different sites of intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:Patients with primary intracerebral hemorrhage admitted in Chenghai District People′s Hospital from June 2018 to June 2021 were selected as an observation group,and 60 healthy physical examiners were selected from the physical examination center of our hospital at the same time as a control group.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to evaluate the recent sleep duration and sleep quality of patients,and the association between different sites of intracerebral hemorrhage and sleep quality,sleep duration as well as other risk factors was determined by multinomial logistic regression.Results:1)The sleep quality of the control group was significantly better than that of the observation group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);2)There was no significant difference in the number of patients with insufficient sleep between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05),but the number of patients with excessive sleep in the observation group was significantly more than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);3)There was no significant difference in sleep duration among patients with different sites of intracerebral hemorrhage(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in sleep quality among them(P<0.05);4)Poor sleep quality(PSQI>5)was a risk factor of thalamic hemorrhage,high blood pressure a risk factor of cerebellar hemorrhage,and hyperlipidemia a risk factor of brainstem hemorrhage.Conclusion:Excessive sleep and poor sleep quality can increase the risk of cerebral hemorrhage.In daily life,we should control sleep duration,and at the same time we should improve sleep quality and reduce the incidence rate of cerebral hemorrhage.In addition,different bleeding sites was associated
