摘 要:螺旋焊管车间精整线物流的智能化需求不断提高,自动运管车及其实施方案和配置也是面临的重要问题。本文重点对自动运管车的结构特点、功能形式、供电方式、导航方式、路径规划、通信方式、控制方式等做出对比,结合螺旋焊管生产线的实际特点得出优化的自动运管车的选型方案。结果表明,采用5G通信技术和视觉导航,装备有麦克纳姆轮的锂电驱动AGV车符合信息化与智能化的要求,可做为现代化螺旋焊管工厂的首选自动运管车。该AGV车替比传统的辊道台架及固定工位运输车提高了效率,为柔性生产和智能制造打下良好基础。With the increasing demand for intelligent logistics of finishing line in spiral welded pipe workshop,scheme and configuration of automatic transport vehtcle are also important problems.This paper focused on the comparison of the structural characteristics,functional forms,power supply methods,navigation methods,path planning,communication methods,and control methods of automatic pipe transport vehicles.Following with the actual characteristics of the spiral welded pipe production line,the optimal selection scheme of the automatic pipe transport vehicle was obtained.Results showed that using 5 G communication technology and visual navigation,the lithium-electric-driven AGV equipped with Mecanum wheels could meet the requirements of informational and intelligence,and could be used as the preferred automatic pipe transport vehicle for modern spiral welded pipe factories.This kind of AGV could replace the traditional roller table and fixed station transport car,which improves the efficiency and lays a good foundation for flexible production and intelligent manufacturing.
