个体化营养支持治疗在肿瘤骨转移患者中的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨个体化营养支持治疗在肿瘤骨转移患者中的效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2020年12月我院收治的肿瘤骨转移患者102例,将所选患者分为2组。对照组患者采用常规治疗及护理模式,观察组患者在对照组治疗及护理模式基础上加入个体化营养支持,对比分析2组患者治疗前后营养水平相关指标变化情况,生活质量水平以及伤残情况。比较个体化营养治疗在肿瘤骨转移患者治疗后的效果及患者满意度分析。结果:2组患者治疗前相关营养指标、简明生活质量量表(SF-36)评分比较均无较大差异。治疗后观察组患者的治疗有效率及满意度均高于对照组患者,具有广泛应用前景(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后后血清总蛋白、白蛋白均显著优于对照组,SF-36评分显著高于对照组,伤残率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:对于肿瘤骨转移患者应用个体化营养支持治疗有助于改善患者营养状况,还可以提高免疫功能、纠正器官功能不全,大大提高患者对化、放疗的耐受性,值得推广。Objective:To explore the implementation method and effect of individualized nutritional support ther apy in patients with tumor bone metastasis.Methods:102 patients with tumor bone metastasis treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment and nursing mode.The patients in the observation group were added with individualized nutritional support based on the treatment and nursing mode of the control group.The changes of relevant indicators of nutritional level before and after treatment were compared and analyzed,Quality of life and disability.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of relevant nutritional indexes and concise quality of life scale(SF-36)(P>0.05).After nursing,the serum total protein and albumin of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the SF-36 score was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the disability rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of individualized nutritional support therapy for patients with tumor bone metastasis can not only improve the nutritional status of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,but also avoid disability to a certain extent,which is worthy of promotion.
