摘 要:为提高图像采集质量的一致性,降低图像比对分析的难度,提升图像比对分析识别电子元器件真伪的试验效率,研究并设计了一套基于WIN7系统的图像采集和质量分析系统。该系统由acA2500-14gc相机、MLH-10X镜头、LED光源、电机、可编程逻辑控制器、计算机、以太网络等组成。验证及应用结果表明,该系统可快速采集电子元器件多角度的、清晰的、成像效果一致的图像,网络存储、调用过程稳定,并在软件中集成了不同图像间的比对分析功能,解决了电子元器件真伪识别的瓶颈问题,试验工作效率提升到60%以上。In order to improve the consistency of image acquisition quality,reduce the difficulty of image comparison and analysis,and improve the test efficiency of image comparison and analysis to identify the authenticity of electronic components.An image acquisition and quality analysis system based on WIN7 system is studied and designed.The system consists of acA2500-14gc camera、MLH-10X lens,LED light source,motor,programmable logic controller,computer,ethernet network and so on.The verification and application results show that the system can quickly collect multi angle,clear and consistent image quality of electronic components,the network storage and transfer process is stable,and the comparison and analysis function between different images is integrated in the software,which solves the problem of identifying the authenticity of electronic components,improve the test efficiency by more than 60%.
