摘　　要：在“1+X”证书制度背景下,依据“工业机器人技术”专业目标岗位需求及本专业对接的应用编程技能等级证书,着眼顶层设计,修订专业人才培养方案,重构课程体系,探索实训基地建设的具体方法,培养适应苏州制造业转型升级需要的复合型技术技能人才。This paper focuses on the top design,reconstruction of the course system and revision of personnel cultivating program according to the requirements of target position in industrial robot specialty and corresponding application programming certification against the background of“1+X”certification system.It also explores the specific methods on the building of training bases in order to cultivate the compound technical talents who adapt to the transformation and upgrading of industry in Suzhou.
