摘  要:阿维菌素被誉为当今最有前途的抗虫抗生素,是迄今为止活性最高的生物源杀虫剂。阿维菌素类药物对人体存在毒害作用。因此,发展检出限低、操作简单、成本低廉的新型残留检测方法实现阿维菌素类药物的快速精确灵敏检测是目前药物残留检测主要研究方向。本文综述了阿维菌素残留检测方法,汇总了被测组分、所测样品、流动相、检出限、变异系数等参数,分析了液相色谱紫外检测法、液相色谱荧光检测法及高效液相色谱-串联质谱法的优点与不足,总结不同检测方法的适用范围。结果表明,HPLC-UV适用检测浓度较高的单一组分,蔬菜样品常作为分析对象;而HPLC-FLD与HPLC-MS/MS则更适用于检出浓度较低的多组分,适合动物肉类、内脏及其奶制品等样品分析,HPLC-MS/MS适合检测检出限要求非常严格的组分。Abamectin is known as the most promising insect resistant antibiotic and the most active biological insecticide so far.Avermectin has toxic effect on human body.Therefore,the development of new detection methods with low detection limit,simple operation and low cost to achieve rap-id,accurate and sensitive detection of avermectin is the main research.This paper reviews the main detection methods of abamectin.The parameters of target components,samples,mobile phase,detection limit and coefficient of variation of detection methods were summarized.The advantages and disadvantages of HPLC-UV,HPLC-FLD and HPLC-MS/MS were analyzed,and the application scope of different detection methods was summarized.The results show that HPLC-UV is suitable for the detection of single component with high concentration,and vegetables are often used as the sample.While HPLC-FLD and HPLC-MS/MS are more suitable for the detection of multi-component with low concentration,and suitable for the analysis of animal meat,viscera and dairy products.HPLC-MS/MS is suitable for the detection of components with very strict detection limit.
