摘  要:实施“人本化”教学是贯彻习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上讲话精神的重要举措。根据该讲话精神,明确高职思想政治课实施“人本化”教学意义,分析“人本化”教学实施困境,提出科学谋划教学目标、精心设计授课内容、优化教学方法手段、促进师生沟通交流等措施,以形成协同育人机制,进一步推进高职教育“思政课程”与“课程思政”有效结合。The implementation of "human-oriented" teaching is an important measure to implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s speech at the national conference on ideological and political work in colleges and universities. According to the spirit of the speech, it clarifies the significance of "human-oriented" teaching in higher vocational ideological and political course, analyzes the dilemma of it’s implementation, and puts forward measures such as scientifically planning teaching objectives, carefully designing teaching contents, optimizing teaching methods and means, and promoting communication between teachers and students, so as to form a collaborative education mechanism and further promote the effective combination of "ideological and political curriculum" and "curriculum ideological and political" in higher vocational education.
