摘  要:学生发展理论突出强调学生个体与大学环境的相互作用、个体认定和群体认定的相互影响。借鉴学生发展理论,聚焦促进学生成长发展这个核心任务,就我国高校学风建设提出了精神、制度、行为和物质四个要素层,围绕优化高校学风建设提出了六个方面的路径策略:目标引导与宣传教育相结合,建立目标导向下的内生动力机制;制度建设与行为规范相结合,建立精细管理下的自我约束机制;第一课堂与第二课堂相结合,建立教学改革下的协同育人机制;组织建设与环境建设相结合,建立资源整合下的环境优化机制;典型示范与警示帮扶相结合,建立朋辈引领下的榜样激励机制;全员参与评估督导相结合,建立传承创新下的持续改进机制。American student development theory emphasizes the interaction between individual students and university environment,and the interaction between individual identification and group identification.Using the American student development theory and focusing on the core task of promoting students′growth and development,this paper puts forward four elements of the construction of academic atmosphere in universities:spirit,system,behavior and material.This paper also puts forward six paths for optimizing the construction of academic atmosphere in universities:combining goal guidance with publicity and education to establish an endogenous dynamic mechanism under goal guidance;combining system construction with code of conduct to establish a self-restraint mechanism under fine management;combining the first classroom with the second classroom to establish a collaborative education mechanism under the teaching reform;combining organizational construction with environmental construction to establish an environmental optimization mechanism under resource integration;combining typical demonstration with warning and assistance to establish an example incentive mechanism under the guidance of peers;combining full participation with evaluation and supervision to establish a continuous improvement mechanism under inheritance and innovation.
