高校继续教育培训的课程思政体系研究

摘　　要：课程思政体系研究在高校继续教育领域十分薄弱,在高校继续教育培训领域更是空白。在学习贯彻党和国家对课程思政的要求、研究分析高校继续教育培训课程思政现状和特点的基础上,从宏观和微观两个视角研究构建了“一主线、二模块、六系列、十五要素”的高校继续教育培训课程思政体系;从教学和保障两个层面提出了培养方案设计要落实课程思政基本要求,教学资源建设要融入课程思政具体内容,培养质量评价要考核课程思政开展成效的目标要求,以及高校继续教育培训课程思政管理系统、工作流程、基地建设等实施保障;并通过工信部“新时代中小企业‘双领军’培育计划实施方案研究”案例,介绍了中南大学继续教育培训课程思政的创新实践。The research on the ideological and political education in the field of the continuing education is very inadequate,let alone related studies concerning the training programs provided by colleges and universities.To answer the calls of the Party and the country for the ideological and political education,this paper,which is based on the status and characteristics analysis of universities’continuing education training programs,puts forward first from both the macro and micro standpoints an ideological and political education system for universities'continuing education training programs,featuring"One main line,two modules,six series and fifteen elements".Moreover,from the two perspectives of teaching and teaching support,it points out that the training programs designing should strictly follow the basic requirements of the ideological and political education,the teaching resources construction should integrate specific examples and concrete cases,and the quality evaluation should assess the goals and requirements of the effectiveness of the ideological and political education as well as the implementation and supporting mechanism for the management system,workflow and training center construction,etc.Finally,by introducing the case of"the implementation plan of MIIT’s(the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology)'double leading'cultivation initiative for small and medium-sized enterprises in the new era",this paper summarizes the innovation made by Central South University in the ideological and political education for the vocational training programs.
