摘 要:《中等职业教育专业师范生教师职业能力标准(试行)》是优化中职师范生培养过程的指导性文件,对新时代中职教师教育高质量发展具有重要指导价值。从其基本框架看,教师职业能力标准刻画了新时代中职教师的立体形象,在师德践行能力、专业教学能力、综合育人能力、自主发展能力等方面为新时代中职教师教育高质量发展指明了基本路向;从其文本及配套文件看,深入推进《中等职业教育专业师范生教师职业能力标准(试行)》为新时代中职教师教育高质量发展提供了具体的行动方略,要根据《能力标准》优化新时代中职教师教育人才培养方案,开展师范生职业能力考核。The“Professional Competence Standards for Teachers of Secondary Vocational Education Majors(Trial)”is a guiding document for optimizing the training process of secondary vocational normal students,and has important guiding value for the high-quality development of secondary vocational teacher education in the new era.From the perspective of its basic framework,the standard of teachers’professional competence depicts the three-dimensional image of secondary vocational teachers in the new era,and ranks among the highest in the education of secondary vocational teachers in the new era in terms of teachers’moral practice ability,professional teaching ability,comprehensive education ability,and self-development ability.The quality development points out the basic direction;from the perspective of its text and its supporting documents,the in-depth promotion of the“Professional Competence Standards for Teachers of Teachers of Secondary Vocational Education Majors(Trial)”provides a specific action plan for the high-quality development of secondary vocational teacher education in the new era.It is necessary to optimize the talent training program for secondary vocational teachers in the new era according to the“Competency Standards”,and carry out the professional ability assessment of normal students.
