摘  要:目的探讨“互联网+延续护理”带教模式对护理实习生学习成绩及母婴护理岗位胜任力的影响。方法选取120名产科护理实习生,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组采用常规带教模式,观察组在对照组基础上采用“互联网+延续护理”带教模式。比较两组教学满意度、考核成绩及母婴护理岗位胜任力评分。结果观察组教学满意度、操作技能考核、理论考核评分分别为(35.10±3.04)、(89.17±3.55)、(88.95±3.38)分,均明显高于对照组的(31.97±4.09)、(85.85±3.70)、(86.13±3.92)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组实习生在知识与经验、专科操作能力、临床思维与应变能力、健康教育与沟通能力及胜任力总分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组职业素质、自我效能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论“互联网+延续护理”带教模式可有效提高护理实习生教学满意度,掌握理论知识及操作技能,提高母婴护理岗位胜任力,具有应用价值。Objective To explore the influence of the"Internet+Continued nursing",teaching mode on the academic performance of nursing interns and the core competencies of maternal and infant nursing positions.Methods 120 obstetric interns were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group adopted the conventional teaching mode,while the observation group adopted the"Internet+Continued nursing"teaching mode on the basis of the control group.The teaching satisfaction,assessment results and competency scores of maternal and infant nursing posts were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of teaching satisfaction,operation skill assessment and theoretical assessment in the observation group were(35.10±3.04),(89.17±3.55),(88.95±3.38)respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(31.97±4.09),(85.85±3.70),(86.13±3.92)(P<0.05).The total scores of knowledge and experience,specialized operation ability,clinical thinking and adaptability,health education and communication ability and competence of interns in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of professional quality and self-efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The teaching mode of"Internet+Continued nursing"can effectively improve the teaching satisfaction of interns,master theoretical knowledge and operational skills,and improve the competency of maternal and infant nursing posts,which has application value.
