摘  要:为实现某型号叉车外门架的轻量化设计,以改善能耗。运用电测法完成工程实测,以此为基础获得精确且参数化的有限元模型;对模型进行敏感性分析,降低优化模型维度;在Ansys Workbench中,在满足强度前提下,以总质量为优化目标,用响应面法完成优化求解。结果显示,外门架总质量下降13.6%,工程实际表明优化结果有效。In order to realize the lightweight design of the external gantry of forklift and improve the energy consumption,this paper,by using the electrical measurement method,conducts engineering measurement,and on this basis obtains accurate and parameterized finite element model.Then,the sensitivity analysis of the model is carried out to reduce the optimization model dimension.Finally,in the ANSYS Workbench,under the premise of satisfying the strength,the optimization solution is completed by response surface method with the total mass as the optimization objective.The results show that the total weight of the external gantry is reduced by 13.6%,and the engineering practice shows that the optimization result is effective.
