摘 要:目的探讨急诊科护士心理负荷的潜在类别,并分析其影响因素。方法采用整群便利抽样方法,于2020年4月至6月抽取山东省20所三级甲等医院574名急诊科护士作为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、任务负荷指数量表进行调查。采用潜在类别分析法和多因素Logistic回归分析护士工作心理负荷潜在类别及其影响因素。结果急诊科护士存在低负荷组(9.76%)、中等负荷组(40.24%)和高负荷组(50.00%)3个潜在类别;多因素Logistic回归分析显示,与非高负荷组护士相比,女性(OR=2.083)、对收入一般满意(OR=1.553)、对收入不满意(OR=2.081)、重度躯体疲惫感(OR=2.902)和重度工作压力(OR=1.931)是高工作心理负荷的危险因素;高的组织支持感(OR=0.553)是高工作心理负荷的保护性因素。结论急诊科护士工作心理负荷存在明显的分类特征,女性、收入满意度较低、较高的躯体疲惫感和工作压力以及较低的组织支持可能加重工作心理负荷。Objective To explore the latent classes of mental workload and related factors among emergency nurses.Methods A cluster convenient sample with 574 emergency nurses in 20 tertiary grade A hospitals in Shandong province was selected from April to June 2020.General information questionnaire and National Aeronautics and Space Administration-Task Load Index were conducted in the investigation.Latent class analysis and multiple Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the latent classes of nurses'mental workload and its related factors.Results Three latent classes were identified,namely low mental workload group(9.76%),medium mental workload group(40.24%)and high mental workload group(50.00%).Multi-variable Logistic regression analysis showed that,compared with none high mental workload group,female(OR=2.083),general satisfaction with income(OR=1.553),income dissatisfaction(OR=2.081),high physical exhaustion(OR=2.902)and heavy job stress(OR=1.931)were risk factors for high mental workload.High organizational support(OR=0.553)was the protective factor for high mental workload.Conclusion The distinguished classes on mental workload are identified in emergency nurses.Female,lower income satisfaction,higher physical exhaustion and job stress,as well as lower organizational support may increase the risk of mental workload.
