摘 要:为研究二系横向减振器服役特性对车辆动力学的影响,测试了某地铁车辆服役70万km后的二系横向减振器服役特性,研究了该减振器在服役过程中的性能退化规律;建立了该车辆的动力学模型,分析了二系横向减振器服役特性退化对车辆动力学的影响。结果显示:二系横向减振器服役70万km后的静态特性退化10%左右,动态特性也发生了明显退化,动态刚度退化11%左右,动态阻尼退化13%左右;二系横向减振器的性能退化对车辆横向平稳性影响较大,导致横向平稳性指标和横向加速度明显增大。In order to study the influence of the service properties of the secondary lateral damper on vehicle dynamics,the service properties of the secondary lateral damper of a metro vehicle after 700000 km service are tested,and the performance degradation law of the damper in the service process is studied;The dynamic model of the vehicle is established,and the influence of the degradation of the service properties of the secondary lateral damper on the vehicle dynamics is analyzed.The results show that the static characteristics of the secondary lateral damper after service for 700000 km are degraded by about 10%,and the dynamic characteristics are also significantly degraded,with dynamic stiffness degradation of about 11%and dynamic damping degradation of about 13%.The performance degradation of the secondary lateral damper has a great influence on the lateral stability of the vehicle,resulting in a significant increase in the lateral ride index and lateral acceleration.
