摘 要:写作测试的认知效度旨在检测试题是否激活了理论上应测量的内在认知过程。本研究基于论证的效度验证方法,通过检验TEM8写作测试认知效度验证框架中潜在的3个假设,系统地对TEM8写作测试认知效度展开论证。研究表明,TEM8写作测试反映了综合写作认知过程理论,同时呈现出该测试任务要求的具体特征;不同能力水平考生的写作认知过程存在差异;考生的写作认知过程对写作成绩具有显著影响。总体上,多方证据支持TEM8综合写作测试的认知效度。本研究加深了对综合写作任务构念的认识,为TEM8写作测试分数的解释推理提供了证据支持。The cognitive validity of a writing test refers to the extent to which cognitive features triggered by the task are aligned with theoretical expectations.Using the argument-based validation approach,this study investigates the cognitive validity of the TEM8 integrated writing test by systematically examining three underlying assumptions.The results demonstrated that test-takers’cognitive processes were in alignment with current cognitive processing theory pertaining to integrated writing,and reflective of specific cognitive operations that the TEM8 integrated writing task required.Moreover,differences in cognitive processes were found to relate to proficiency levels.Test-takers’cognitive processes had significant effects on TEM8 writing scores.Findings from this study support the cognitive validity of the TEM8 integrated writing test.This study contributes to the understanding of the construct underlying integrated writing tasks and provides evidence for supporting the explanation inference of TEM8 writing scores.
