蜂胶铬软胶囊辅助降血糖人体试食试验研究

摘　　要：为研究蜂胶铬软胶囊辅助降血糖的效果,开展人体试食试验。本研究有效受试者103例,试食组51例,对照组52例。试食组每日服用蜂胶铬软胶囊,对照组服用安慰剂,连续服用2个月,检测相关指标。试食期间两组人员的精神、睡眠、饮食、大小便、血压等各项临床指标均在正常范围内,未见其他不良反应。试验结束后,试食组空腹血糖下降率20.47%,餐后2h血糖下降率19.91%;空腹血糖有效率60.78%,餐后2h血糖有效率70.58%。试食组前后比较,空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白有显著性差异(P<0.05),症状总积分显著降低(P<0.01)。试食后组间比较,空腹血糖有显著性差异(P<0.05),餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均无显著性差异(P>0.05),症状总积分也无显著性差异(P>0.05)。试食组前后比较及试食后组间比较,总胆固醇、甘油三酯均无显著差异(P>0.05)。基于国家食品药品监督管理局颁布的辅助降血糖功能评价方法(国食药监保化[2012]107号)的判定标准,认为蜂胶铬软胶囊具有辅助降血糖功能。In order to study the effect of Propolis Chromium Soft Capsules for auxiliary hypoglycemic function,the human diet experiment was carried out.There were 103 effective subjects in this research,51 in the trial group,and 52 in the control group.The test group took Propolis Chromium Soft Capsules daily,and the control group took a placebo for about 2 months to determine related indicators.During the food test,the clinical indicators of mental,sleep,diet,urination and defecation,blood pressure and others of the two groups were within the normal range,and no other adverse reactions.After the test,the drop rate of fasting blood glucose was 20.47% for the test group,and the drop rate of 2-hour postprandial blood glucose was 19.91%;the effective rate of fasting blood glucose was 60.78%,and the effective rate of 2h postprandial blood glucose was 70.58%.Comparing before and after the food test group,there were significant differences in fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin(P<0.05),and the total symptom score was significantly reduced(P<0.01).There was a significant difference in fasting blood glucose between groups after the food test(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in 2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin(P>0.05),and also in the total symptom score(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in total cholesterol and triglyceride in the comparison between before and after the test group and between the groups(P>0.05).According to the criteria of the State Food and Drug Administration([2012]No.107)for the evaluation method of auxiliary hypoglycemic function,it is believed that the Propolis Chromium Soft Capsule has auxiliary hypoglycemic function.
